Some cool things happening at our food pantry: Welcome Elvis D. and Jonathan S. to our WebSNAP interviewing team! They took the time to attend a three-hour training at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, and now they are ready to join our core of volunteers who will help clients register for WebSNAP benefits through the Department of Human Services!

Also, a big thank you to Gina H., Karen K., Heike A., Joseph B., Lena A., and Magda A.: These good people are currently volunteering at our pantry, and they will also drive to some of our pet food supporting businesses to pick up pet food donations. They are taking the extra time out of their weeks to travel for us, and they’re helping to take the driving load off of Stacy P. and Marsha N., who’ve been instrumental in building the Pet Food Corner into what it is today!
